Greetings of the day!

I am Ex-employee of Serco BPO Pvt. Ltd./ Intelenet Global Services pvt Ltd and I have been associated with the company from 25-Apr-2014 till 7-Mar-2015. My Employee ID in Serco was IND0099880 and in Intelenet, it was [protected]. I was trying to add all the PF account Under one UAN as per Indian Government guidelines but unable to do so as my LWD is not updated in PF portal. It looks like my PF account become inoperative due to inactivity so I am not able to Update my LWD by my own.

I have attached Copy of offer letter and relieving letter for your reference and further details are below. Request you to please look into this matter and Update my LWD in Portal.
