I was erstwhile associated with SERCO BPO Pvt Ltd. in the Year 2014 as an Quality Assistant manager (Grade M03) Name Jayprakash Janaki for INDIA Goregaon office. I am writing this email on request to seek guidance and support in getting my PF account details, UAN associated with it and linking my Adhaar details to the UAN.In the current situation as per the change in government EPFO policies, I am unable to link or withdraw my PF through any source since my existing bank account was associated with SERCO PF account. I know it is too long a time to reach out now, however by overcoming this challenge I may be able to utilize the accumulated funds so far for a nauch cause. Unfortunately I have no records of SERCO and even a salary slip with me except the appointment letter that I had received. I am attaching the same which can help you better to search the records.
I had written to the people who were associated during my selection and I have looped one of the SERCO HR email addresses. I would request to route it to the right email address if at all no one from this mailing list is associated with SERCO now.
Once I get response I will further be sharing relevant and required documents for proceeding further.
