I have raised a repair request for my iphone to servify india as part of vodafone iphone forever plan on 29th nov. My request no is lb2wrp0x68. My phone was collected on 30th nov and after numerous follow ups the status was updated as - device received at service center. There was no update after that and i called up customer service invariably everyday and there are just simply harassing by saying u will get an update which never happened and the same happened with emails sent to customer service. I feel i have lost my phone to these cheats. Need this to be resolved asap. I have also paid service charges to this fraud company Was this information helpful? |
