They lost my brothers one plus 6t. Which i gave them for repair.
First there 9 days delay in repairing the phone
Then after repair i even paid them the repair charges... And then few days after delays they said phone has been dispatched. And gave me courier number. But tracking showed no progress
Then after few days later agent from one plus said they lost my phone (Has gone missing or misplaced) during transit to courier
And from 1 week they saying they gve my imei to police for tracing.
I have patiently waited for almost a month
Eitherway the servify company was careless enough to lose my phone
Why should a customer suffer for a company mistake
I think i deserve a new phone of equivalent model and also extra compensation.
For harassing and torturing customer in name of investigating and keeping a person without a phone for a month. Was this information helpful? |
