Shadowfax — Not delivering the product

I have ordered a product on Myntra on dt:[protected], same was dispatched via shadowfax courier with docket no:SF[protected]V. The expected delivery date was[protected] and the same was received at nearest hub(120kms away from my city) on[protected] and the consignment status was update as Out for delivery but the delivery was not attempted. I was able to find the delivery agent no on shadowfax website and called him, he denied doorstep delivery and location is not serviceable). I raised request for delivery on shadowfax website for several times and received no response.
