[Resolved]  SHAHA FIN LEASE — Wrong information in cibil report

I have credit card with SCB on 2001 and the principal amount written off by SCB was Rs 26160/- but the same was shows as current overdue balance as Rs625037/- by shaha fin lease. This false information was tottaly affected my cibil score and i was denied to avail home loan from any financial institution. How the written off princiapal amount Rs26160/- become current balance overdue credit by Rs625037/- It was one of the fraudulent activity enforced by shaha fin lease and RBI also kept mum for this type of exotic ordinary citizen in india.

Whether the cibil is public or private one? If it was private one why the cibil score are compulsory for grant of any loan to individuals. Why cibil not screen or scrutiny the information relating to individuals credit worthiness posted by individuals like shaha fin lease?

What can i do escape from this type of activity and resolve my credit worthiness please advise suitably.
