[Resolved]  Shaha Finlease Pvt Ltd, Mumbai — Incorrect and Illegal Information provided to Cibil

Sir, I am a handicapped person and I never had any credit card with Shaha Finlease and they have incorrectly and illegally informed about me to Cibil that I am owe Rs.66, 14, 505/- to them which has affected my credit score. And Cibil has no right to update that on my credit report without my permission and my authorization. The Cibil report shows account opened date 15/06/1998. I am not liable to pay any credit card of Shaha Finlease as I never had any credit card with them. Also I had never received any communications and calls from them for so many years until recently when I applied for a credit card through my bank that I started receiving harassment and threatening calls from Shaha Finlease. I would like to appeal to the Honorable Judge and High Authorities to direct both Shaha Finlease to stop harassment calls and stop collection calls as I don't owe them any amount and order Cibil to correct my scores and not to update any information on my credit score without my prior permission or consultation and without checking with me and that I have not authorised Cibil to reveal my personal information to any third party whatsoever. I plead to the Honorable Judge and grant me relief from the same.
