I have been receiving calls form the above mentioned company, that there was a card that was used by me in 2006...i need to inform that i never received any such card and no swipes have been done, now they are asking for a settlement, they say that i have not replied to any of the letters and telephone calls.i am wondering that how after 8 years they are calling me for all this issues when i never even used a card? i have been telling that i never used anything and they are sending me some statements & application cum evaluation form it does not even have my signature on it.
