[Resolved]  Shahs Electronics — Not Keeping up their Promise

I have booked a LG 42" LED TV in SHAHS electronics in Velachery on 1st Jan 2015 for the offer amount of Rs. 40000. I have decided to take the TV in EMI since there is no interest for it. There was the Third Party finance company executive was available in same show room and he was doing the formalities, that finance agent said there was a net connection problem so could not proceed further on the EMI process and asked me pay the advance amount of Rs.1000 to confirm the TV and said to complete the procedure on next day and take the delivery. I have agreed and paid the mentioned amount in advance to SHAHS and left for the day. For completing this process I have stayed till 10 PM on 1st Jan. During the waiting time I have just noticed that employees in the SHAHS was removing the Display TV's from the rack and was cleaning it using COLIN then packed it neatly, I was curious and just enquired one of the employee who was doing that process. He was just tensed and try to reply with some answers, finally he said that it was for delivery. Then I asked the branch manager why they are packing the display TV's, his cool reply was they are sending it to Main Branch. (It was unacceptable answer, because y they want to send it back to Main Branch by cleaning it neatly and packing the same) which shows they are delivering the display TV's to the customers who have booked on same day. "Cheaters" Again, I have went to purchase the TV which was booked by Me on 1st Jan. Completed the finance process and waiting for the Purchase Bill. Branch manager was writing the Bill manually since there system does not work on that day. He was confused by seeing the Rate and enquired about rate to his executives and finally informed me that they cant offer the TV on the commited rate. Really shocked and argued with the branch manager and again his cool response was I will refund the money u paid and u can chose another showroom to purchase TV. Whole day on 1st Jan and 2 hours on 2nd Jan went total waste due to the idiotic fellows. So guys, pls don't prefer SHAHS. They are cheaters.
