Shahs Electronics — Pathetic & Worst Service

I booked an LG Microwave Oven in Chennai Trade Centre on 4th April 2015 during EXPO FAIR conducted by SHAHS. Whilst booking, I was informed that order will be delivered on 8th April without fail but there was no whereabouts till 9th. I called the showroom on 9th, then I was told it will be delivered either on 10th or 11th, Again I waited but there was no revert till 11th. I called showroom on 11th the number was continuously ringing for nearly one hour, later a lady picked up the call and said there is absolutely no stocks and promised to deliver the order by 13th. I waited for the whole day on 13th and finally lost my patience and called the showroom in the evening. Finally, the lady who picked up the call agreed that there are no stocks and hence it cannot be delivered which was a completely a nonsensical answer. If no stocks available, then why such showrooms deceive customers by taking their money through conducting public fairs. This is really atrocious and I never expected such an UNETHICAL behaviour from a concern like SHAHS. If there are no stocks, it should be immediately conveyed to the customer in a day or two with an alternate arrangement which was also not done. Customers have to slog behind the showroom guys to find the status of their order. Assume if I had not called, then SHAHS would have quitely gulped my money. Can anyone responsible from SHAHS administration revert for my grievances with a solution immediately???? Either product to be dispatched at my doorsteps immediately or need a return of my cash with an interest till date Details of my order: Bill no.
