About 20 years ago the owner of the Shalimar estates Chandigarh allotted the plots at Shalimar Estates Naraingarh with an advertisement that their will be petrol pump school hospital etc. but he has not sold such sites to anyone since long. Therefore nobody likes to live there indirectly this is a cheating with the persons who spent the money for allotment. Even of many persons registration has not been got done by the company. However it is written for the knowledge of the persons who likes to get done the registration of the plot can get the registration by paying the value of the stamp paper fee applicable(which is about 9%) at the present collector rates which is about 1, 35000 per marla for example if one has got the allotment of 4 marlas plot then he will have to pay the fee 9% of 135000*4=540000*9/100=Rs. 48600/-. and as the owner has done many other deeds due to which he is behind bars, but it is informed that you can get the registration got done through the Court even if he is behind bars by paying the prescribed fee at the prevailing price.
