Sharad Agarwal — TDR Partial refund not received, train running more than 03 hours late, PNR

Train 12322, Kolkata Mail for which booking was done from Mumbai to Pipariya for Sharad Agarwal, PNR Number being [protected], departure scheduled for 07 March 2015. Train was delayed for more than 03 hours and actual departure was at 04.30 am on 08 March 2015. We filed the TDR very much prior to the actual departure of 04.30 am of 08 March 2015. Partial refund of INR 570/- was received on 16 March 2015. Not having received the amount as per the rules, we spoke to IRCTC customer care couple of days later whereby they informed that balance amount is under process and as per their advice, sent an email to [protected]@irctc.co.in. We have neither received any response to our complaint nor has the balance amount been refunded. It is very disgusting especially we are unable to find the channel for escalating it further, in order that our concern can be resolved.
