Please be refrained from this company. The ate up 5L Rs from me and my friend together. We took service for commodity. At the time of taking the service they charged 8K for a month of Round the clock telephonic support. After 1 week the person who used to call, said that the service we subscribed was only for SMS based calls and there will be no tele support from the next day. If we would like to continue, we had to deposit another 10k. That will be total 18k for a month for multiple commodities. We did so. Most of the time He insisted on holding position where as the market was on exact opposite direction. at the end of the day when the stop loss would have triggered, he was not receiving our calls. This repeated for several days. And he used to give only one call a day and for only Crude oil. whenever we said anything, he insisted that he would recover the loss next day and he did'nt had any idea of other commodities. One fine day I said that to recover the loss, I will trade in 5 mega lots. He seemed very happy and said he will recover 25K intra-day, and then happened the most unexpected thing, He asked 20% of the profit as his personal service (Not related to ShareTips Info). This time, things went beyond our endurance and we denied to do so. Hence forth he apologized and gave calls normally. We believed in him.. In next 15 days total 12 Stoploss were hit.
