Sharma Gas Agency — delivery of less weight cylinder and misbehavior by employee

Dear concern,

I would like to highlight the issue face by me from my gas agency company. I am consumer of indane gas company and my agency name is sharma gas agency.

From last 3 months, they are delivering me less weight cylinder where the seal of the cylinder is already in open condition. Today my wife has tried to complaint for the same, the agency person has misbehaved with her. Hence, i have called them to complain the same, where i have also faced the same behavior from them. Also, when i said that i will complaint to your higher authority, instead of apologizing, they clearly said do whatever you want to do.

I would request you to take an action on this so that this can be stopped.
