Sharp — Horrible after sales services by sharp air conditioners

I had bought a 1.3 ton eco inverter sharp split ac in 2012 against the wishes of my family thinking i am making a right choice.

But this right choice has been converted to a nightmare. Every season i find that gas had leaked from the ac and for last three years i am getting it [protected]@1800/=. This is some special environment friendly gas but costs a lot to your consumer.

Sharp is having a worst possible after sales service. I had logged a complaint on saturday at your call centre [protected] complaint number 2567444.

The call was allocated to an engineer for sunday. When i called him on sunday he simply stated that due to high call flow i will not be coming on sunday but may visit on monday.

I have spoken to him twice today and he narrated me only charges stating that there would be a visit charge of rs 500/= and if gas is refilled it would be another rs 3000/=... Though he is yet to pay us a visit. Anything else would be paid for.

To my horror i came to know that sharp has outsourced its service centres to some third party who does work for multiple brands. No doubt there is no loyalty by service engineers towards your brand.
If you do the maths i have spend some rs. 8000/=.

This is not the sharp company we had known. I am let down miserably by your company.
