I am a regular customer of Amazon and have been purchasing good from here for a long time. Recently I got 2 defective products which seller asked me to return and then they will pay me refund. Since they dont have a pick up service, they asked me to courier it and then they will pay the courier charges as well. I couriered it and they promised me to pay the entire sum along with courier amount.But no refund till now in my account.
