I booked an apartment with them in 2/2008 in their project Vrinda Vatika Vrindavan. They promised to hand over the possession within 30 months i.e by 10/2010. But they have not constructed the building ; the construction work has been stopped. At time of booking they informed that as per approval of mathura Vrindavan Development Atuthority approval letter dated 31.10.2007 they would construct G+3 in Gokul, Goverdahan and Barsana apartment buildings. Their Goverdhan apartment building is already more than G+3 . Why they are constructing it more than that approved by MVDA is not known. They never took apartment owners permission which is required as UP Apartment Act, 2010. As on date, their office has been locked. No body responds at the telephone number given to us.
