[Resolved]  Shaurya Housing Ltd. — Shourya Housing is not refunding my money

I have booked a flat in its Magic homes project in October 2009 and paid Rs. 93100. After so many follow ups they given me post dated cheque in 2013 April which was got bounced due to closure of account. I have filled a case in Kakardoma Court and an bailable warrant was issued but suddenly there is a change in court procedure regarding the Jurisdiction and again I have filled the suit in Saket Court. The court notice is not served due to closure of the office and other mentioned address also. I want justice and right procedure to follow. Please advise.
