Shell India — Bad service - no diesel stock, delay in shift staff changing, not cleaning front glass, staff not concerned of waiting customers

The bunk on mysore road i. E near the nayandhalli fly over. Especially the one towards left when going towards mysore, is the bunk that i have concern. Always, the bunk is closed after 10pm. There is no stock of diesel or close the bunk for change in staff. The staff does not clean the front glass and give reasons that after 9:30pm no cleaning. Also the staff is slow in service and not concerned of waiting customers.
