Hi, i have been using shengli telecom wifi for a month now out of which i was able to use the service approx 10 days, problem started since the first day where there was only wire installed and no engineer turned up for connection, i called the customer care for atleast 40 time and wasted all my money on call, after which there was a geniune guy from icc cable who came and fixed it, problem doesnt end here there is not even a single day where the wifi works fine, every time i have to turnoff and turnon the router. Now its 2 days since my wifi is not working at all, everytime you call them u have to start over everything, agents working there pathetic that they would give you foolish reasons which you cant buy. I have all the agents name there whom i speak to always but i cant take the names. They give you hell lot of commitements which is never fullfiled. Trust me guys please trust me never never ever go to shengli telecom india private ltd, the worst service provider in pune. There are many things which i cant give details in short forum, they will never help you if there is wifi issue.
