[Resolved] Shine.com — payment taken but not providing services. | |
I have taken a job posting from shine.com online costing 1500rs, on august 3rd 2018. My services were not activated so i checked the which say you need to provide kyc documents. I sent all my documents in my gst registration there is some spelling mistake i asked them how to resolve this no response received from their side for two days. Then i tried to call on their customer care no[protected] on which no body answers calls and the auto answer says we will call you back but no response.in mail i asked to call me explained my pain of calling on their number. I manged to speak to them on 7th aug 2018, at 9:30 am i asked the executive to transfer my call to his manager whos name was mr aniket tiwari who had talkedt me very roughly and was ready to understand that due to poor communication i am frustrated. My money is blocked and no services available, they denied to refund my money also shine's after sales service is very poor. Dont ever use this portal Was this information helpful? | |
