I recently had a trip to Dalhouise-Dharamshala from Shine India Trip. I have clearly agreed on the package inclusions while giving the booking. However, I had to pay additional amounts to hotels and cab driver for whom Shine India Trip is not ready to take the responsibility. I have paid over Rs.1000 in addition.
During the trip, I had to call them several times due to additional payments which are included into package. Shine India Trip is never bothered as the payment to them has been made and just giving excuses every time for their failure. This spoiled whole of my trip.

Package Inclusions:

Daily Breakfast. - I had to pay additional amount towards children breakfast. However, I have clearly mentioned the ages of children while booking. They are package organizer and mentioned in below mail that this is concern between me and Hotel when this is included in package.

I have just found their services are just misleading the customers and not recommended for all others. Please avoid them and choose some better organizer.
Dear Sir,
As per The Details of Your Himachal Tour Package
Hotel is concern the Extra Cash Collection from The Guest regarding the Children age matter…….
Because as per your family details we had offer to you Himachal Tour Package.
When you have done ok to the package including all details of your family members.
So how we will responsible for the concern between you and the hotel.
As per Hotel Policy. If Hotel is not ready to allow Check In to Over age Child.
In that case you have to pay the extra amount to hotel.
If we will receive any response from the hotel we will revert you…..
Thanks & Regards
