I had booked jammu kashmir tour for my family (Total 4 packs ) during 14 to 20 june 2014 for 6nights and 7days from shine india trip. All iternary was finalised ndpackage was negotiated at 14000 per person. Out of total payment of 56000, i had paid 51000 in advance before commencing the trip.
All air tickets were booked by me.
However, after the money was deposited through netbanking funds transfer in tour operator account, till the time of commencing the tour, there was nobody who responded regarding driver, vehicle stay arrangements etc.Hotels provided were par below expectations and to our surprise no one from shine india responded properly and our request to provide us alternative hotel with better quality at added cost was outrightly rejected.
In such circumstances, me and my family adjusted nd compromised as there was no other feasible option at the time of late checkin with their hotel.
After spending 3nights in such hotels, it was again dissappointment for us when we moved to srinagar hotel for 2 nights. Nd last1 night was booked in houseboat which was not communicated till last. As the hotel in srinagar was in a remote location and with pathtic surroundings, itwas great dissappointment as again tour operator did not pa from us.Y an.
In this scenario, i have booked y care for our complaint nor listened to our request to provide alternative at extra cost.
In such scenario, i had booked me and my family stay in to 2 rooms her hotel for those remaining 3nights which costed rs 12000 for stay and another rs 3000 for breakfast and dinner for4 packs.
Tour operators are not ready to give refund for those 3nights stay which i did not avail with them.

Kindly help me to get refund of the same as tour operator when contacted personally and through written communication is not responding.

The given complaint is baseless as the guest AMAR KAMATH, ( is saying “that it is cheating with the Kashmir trip. As the package was not profitable so and initially only we were not in mood to book the package, but the guest keep on insisting us to book the package on low cos. During travel day and before travel day we call his for number of time”, but despite so many remainder calls, the guest didn’t pick the call and during the trip also he didn’t pick the calls.
Out of the way we went and try to provide him all the given amenities on time, but he was not receiving the calls of our representative and hotel representative and houseboat representative and there was no further communication of arrival He himself didn’t check in the hotel as per his scheduled time and was not responding properly. We were getting thousand of calls’ from the houseboat and hotel, As per the plan he stay was in Srinagar for 2 night and 3 days., where he check-in in to hotel a day after the booking date and when we asked about the houseboat stay, he simply refused to check-in and was saying that the offered amenities are not good and up to the mark.
As the houseboat and hotel were booked so as a vendor we had to pay the booking amount to the hotel in advance, so we did the payment and later he went to the houseboat but didn’t pay the rest booking amount what he had to pay to houseboat. He in this trip we were in loss of 5, 600.
During his entire trip he didn’t responding properly and was complain from beginning of the trip, he took budget tour with budget property. The cost was even very profitable since it was trip of a week and for 4 people. He was about to pay 56000/. Any how we booked the package without any profit margin, but out of that also he was not satisfied. He has not paid our rest 5, 600amount.
During his Vaishno Devi yatra, he was delayed and he begin his trip one day later, so in this respect the train booking also got delayed and cancelled. He had tom reach Jammu so, he booked his hotel booking and though that he can easily canceled his amount by Shine India Trip.
Now he is playing smart game and thing that by putting such stupid complaint, he can easily refund the money. ‘After complaint his trip, he is making this complaint, why he didn’t tell in between the trip. Moreover, we were not interested to book the package since, he it was of no profit and with panic situation.

And he is saying that he booked stay in to 2 rooms her hotel for those remaining 3nights which costed Rs 12000 for stay and another Rs 3000 for breakfast and dinner for4 packs, which is impossible to pay, since the entire booking was from his own and there is no fault of the company.
I have book Kashmir tour 8 days package through SHINEINDIATRIP (Registration no :- BPUPP4906ESD001). Shineindiatrip makes fully fouls/ford commitments. They are talking sweet before taking money. When you transfer money to shineindiatrip account then they only busy to make commission they are not talking their commitments. After given full payments they are not interested the quality of hotel booking, driver behaviour and food quality.

Highly recommended please don't book any tour package through shineindiatrip. If you SPOIL your journey/tour please go through shineindiatrip. Otherwise if you want to donate money to shineindiatrip then the tour package is ok.
I have a very bad experience with Shine india Trip Delhi. I have booked a Holiday package with them recently. SIT took charges from me without booking hotel and then informed that the proposed hotel is unavailable. They have charged me 12.5% of full booking amount without providing any service. I suggest others to ensure complete booking before making any payment.
