Shining Star Shopping — Fraud call about lucky draw

I am ganesh i riceived a call from shining star shoping agent name kartik([protected]). he saying my mobile no selected lucky draw prize of sony xperia t2 ultra. to delivery paid 2900rs COD. So i reciving (12/12/2015) open the box i was shocked . insert box laxmi yantras here. then i call back to agent he said mobile delivered on 20/12/2015. but not came. so plz send my mobile or refund my money. my bar code C16425230 IN... plzzz take a action on that fraud company immediately please refund my money back
