Shipment — power bank

Sir,
Through https://www.ebazee.net/ website I brought Mi power bank
after making payment through debit card . After the payment sms received stating that shipment details will be sent through email.
However still now no mail or sms communication received from any of the source.

I try to contact help desk no. which is out of reach[protected] and i sent email to support ( [protected]@ebazee.net ) which was available in website but no response from them

I request you to look into my complaint and please give wide publicity so that this web site is cheatings the customer by just collecting the money and not responding to any of customer enquires.

The help desk support nor phone no provided in the official web site is not working hence violating the ecommerce business rules and cheating the public.

Please block list this website and give wide publicity
