Shiv Kumar — Adjust rs 500 activation charges

[protected] to airtel postpaid connection and airtel company boy pawan mishra from chandigarh who reached to my home for porting my no. Took rs 500 through paytm as activation charges txn id:[protected] to: [protected] and said to adjust rs 500 in my first bill. But not adjust till now in my bill. Please resolve my complaint.
