I Shiv Kumar resident of B-13, DDA Flats Kalkaji, New Delhi is a customer of Times of India and Navbharat Times news paper more than last 4 years. I was getting papers from M/s Pradeep News Paper Agency for more than 3 and 1/2 years but due to some problem he stop giving paper to me. Then I contacted M/s Anu Paper (Mob.: [protected], [protected]) he stated paper supply but not before 7.30 to 8.30 AM, so I tole him not to supply paper to me. Then I contact Mr. Tulsi Arora (Mob.: [protected]) and he stared supplying paper to me timely 6.15 to 6.30 am. But M/s Anu paper gives threatening Mr. Tulsi Arora not to supply paper to me. Mr. Tulsi Arora stop supply due to this. Then I again contact Mr. Pradeep News Paper (Mob.: [protected]) after 6 months and he agrees to supply paper to me. But after 4-5 days he also threatened by M/s Anu News Paper that not to supply paper to me. What can I do? I am using broadband connection of Bharti Airtel which was very slow and on my repeated complaints I was advised to opt for a higher plan tariff. I applied for revision of plan around 20th september, 2011 but I was told that the same would be activated w.e.f. 5th October, 2011 as per my billing cycle although i had requested to activate the same with immediate effect as I could be charged on pro rata basis. I was told that as per policy plan is revised always from the billing cycle date. Since 5th Oct. I have made several calls at bloody 121 besides several e-mails but nothing has been done so far. It is 13th October, 2011 today and imagine how much time I have wasted in just getting the plan revised. I am virtually unable to work with the damn slow speed.Thanks to Govt. for framing Citizens charter fixing time limit for doing work. I think time has come when some charter needs to be framed for these private companies.
Airtel Group I warn you to wake up otherwise you are going to face law suit at least from my side definitely.
