Shivaji Estates Live Stock & Farms [self] — I haven't received the maturity amount for the invested scheme

My name is SHOBHA MARUTI MAHIPATI.
I am daughter and declared nominee of Lt. MARUTI GANGARAM MAHIPATI who had invested INR.3000. on 29/01/1998 towards VANSHREE PLAN - F with Cert.No. 0198VAN016744. The maturity date was 29/01/2013 for INR. 74, 343; however, I haven't received any amount yet.

Please help me receive the returns.

I have all the proper documents - Scheme Certificate, paid receipt.. etc.
