Shivaji University — delaying of degree certificate verification letter.

Dear sir I am working in L&T LTD. I have to apply employment engineer visa for saudi arabia. Before this i have to complete saudi cultural and embassy attestation. i have submitted for saudi cultural and embassy attestation saudi embessy sent verification from university shivaji kolhapur on[protected]. Still university didn't send any verification letter. I sent Demand draft in favour of shivaji university. Detail of demand draft. Bank Name: FEDERAL Bank DD NO: 578490 Amount - 1500 RS Now 3-7-2015 University personal not given me proper information. Because of delay of verification i loose my JOB no who is responsible.
