I ordered 2600mAh samsung power bank on 13 March 15 and received yesterday on 24 march 2015.On opening the packet, i found an opened crushed carton containing the device but no manual. Complaint: 1. As mentioned on the Box, Manual & 30 pin Data cable are missing. 2 Unit was charged for six hours but it does not deliver to mobile Phone.Since there is no manual, I do not know how to proceed? 3. For the last two days Your customer Help line [protected] does not accept complaints saying that system is under upgradation. Please let me know what do u expect me to do. I have purchased 9000mah SAMSUNG POWER BANK (Rs .501/-) on 20.05.15. But I have received duplicate product. So, I have send a e-mail to askmebazar.com. They are telling me that 48 hrs. gone. we are unable to change the product. Why I should received the duplicate product. Please do the needful.
