[Resolved] Shop CJ — 2 in 1 slim and beauty fitness massager | |||||
I had ordered 2 in 1 slim and beauty fitness massager from shop cj from tv.The number on which i placed the order is[protected].The order number of the product is [protected].I placed that order on april 22 from my mobile phone.On april 25 i get my product at 1:00pm.I checked it and it doesn't worked so i called on the same number for the complaint regarding it but they give me another number of the head branch of company in mumbai so i called on that number and they told me to inform shopcj that it's a defective product and they will help further.Afterwards i called them many times they asks same questions what is the problem, which product, we are placing your complaint but no action is taken about it.It's really very bad & poor service.On tv they are showing that the product have 6 months warranty so they should replace it or refund me as soon as possible but no action is taken by them until today i.E.May 2, 8 days after i complained and they are not doing anything about it. May 12, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Shop CJ called me after getting ng the complaint and they added Shop CJ points in my acct from which they ordered other same product and replaced my previous product.Shop CJ called me every two days giving the updates of steps taken to help me out and finally today my product get replaced.Thanks to consumer complaints.in for helping me out solving the issue. SHOP CJ Network customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
