[Resolved]  Shop CJ — Got broken product and no refund

I ordered a prestige juicer set order id-[protected] and i got it in broken condition 2 times.i returned the product but they are not refunding me.Every time i call them i get the same answer that my complaint has been taken and they will call me in 2 days.At least 20 days have passed since i m calling them.
