Sir, As per your policy customer can return the product within 48 hrs by giving a call to your call centre if he or she is not satisfied with your product and everyday on tv sales executives are mentionig this rule. And I have done the same I received this product on Friday 26 Aug and I called c care on Sunday 28 Aug for returning the product within 48 hrs. And the reason is it was mentioned on tv that it is poly cotton but it is 100% polyster, size is king size but it is not even fitted in double bed, without proper stitching of bed sheet and pillow cover they are not even straigt. There is no brand mention on it, this is completely local material. I think I have explained ever thing to you why I want to return your product, and I am returning it as per your policy within 48 hrs and with proper reasons. And above all your seniour ccare executive had confirmed me on 30th aug around 11 o clock that they will pick up the product, you just don't use the product and keep it ready with one letter mentioning why you want to return the product. You can check the call recording. Please see the matter and arrange pick up asap and refund me my money. Waiting for your reply. I am a regular customer of shop cj but this is the first time I received such poor quality product and after that this poor service from your side.
