Shop CJ Network — defective product, missing item, colour change

I had ordered for 21pcs maha combo mop of blue colour. Bt u have delivered me green colour, missing of 1 mop riffil, breakage on handle. I had submitted my order no., sub order no., pics of the item. Bt still now after 10 days of registeration of my complain. U are not doing any thing about that. U are just saying wait wait and wait. Just how long time i have to wait. Is this justice to ur custumer.
