[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — Defective product/ refund not provide from last 5 months | |||||
Hi, I had ordered a air cooler from shopcj.com and the order number is [protected] purchased on 04/15/2016. I received the product on 04/18/2016 evening, when used in night we had a water overflow all over the floor and hence 04/19/2016 i had called their customer care to return and refund for the same. The product was taken back and its been 4.5 months and i have still not received the refund. I have been calling the customer care and they say that i will get a call in 48 hours and will be refunded. I had been spoken to bhuvana, varsha and bhavi who is the manager and they also promised that the refund will be provided. But still i have not received. Kindly help me receive the refund and this looks like a fraud company and hence this needs to have a case filed on the issues i see on this site as well.
