We ordered a super clean mop on 15 november and it was delivered to us today, i. E on 23 november but the product is defective.

Please let me know the procedure for returning the product and how to get the refund.
The mop is supposed to rotate 360 degrees but it is not even rotating 60 degrees. It came without any instruction manual and we didn't hope for such lame product.
