I had ordered a Sunflame glass top 4 burner gas stove and the same was delievered to me 15.3.16. (order no. [protected]) In this context it is informed that with my said order there was two gift one is chef master 8 pcs non-stick cookware set and second joyo microwave round dinner set 16 pcs set had to be delievered with gas stove. But it is very sad to inform you that my second gift joyo microwave round dinner set 16 pcs set has not yet been delievered to me. I had already lodged a complaint on 15.3.16 and in response to my complaint a message from your side sent to me on 17.03.16 that my order will reach in 4 working days. Now It is more than one month passed, but my gift is not despatched to me. I made almost 4-5 calls during one month to your customer call center and all the time it is said to me that my order will reach me within one week. Most of time your executive transferred my call to their senior, but no one picked my call. I am getting fed up now and feeling cheated myself why i had purchased online goods from your website.
