Shop CJ Network — Money not refunded for returned product

Address:Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, 474012

We have ordered set of bedsheets and towel with order ID [protected].as we were not satisfied with the product same is returned via courier dated 21/05/2016.
Till date we have not received any call to inquire our account details for money refund nor we are getting satisfactory revert from the call centre.
Kindly arrange to refund our money asap.
