I have order a four burner sunflam gas stove from shopcj.com on 11 oct'2016 and i have received it on next day (12 oct'16) but the order is damage so i complaint for it on the same day and they asked me to call back but didnt did call back, when i called again on next day (13 oct'16) they again asked me to call back because they need to confirm it but again they didnt and then i called again on 14 oct'16, then executive confirmed me that the order has been cancelled and i'll get my money back in 7 days... And from 14 oct'2016 to till date, i am continue calling on there customer care no.[protected] and[protected] but still they are saying the same things again and again that pickup will held today or tomorrow. They are not even connecting to refund or complaint deptt and i did a mail also on there [protected]@shopcj.com but again no response from this id too... Today i called again and the executive told me that they have confirmed the cancellation on 17 oct'16, don't know why... I dont have photos right now as i am out of home... I purchase Microwave. When i upon the box the product is damage and not working. I am very up set. Because i paid the amount but product is not working. Please help. Customer care executive giving me fake report . And I want also duplicate copy of my bill. and my registered No is [protected]

Today I got the delivery of the Oven I have purchased from Shop CJ, The person told I have complain you for the same.
This is a very experience that first time buying I got this experience.
