I ordered 2 pretty craft organizer set on 18 jan 2018. Order number is [protected]. When i received the parcel it had only one set that too defective while paid the amount of two sets. Same moment i did complain and was assured by you people of exchange of the product and giving another set.
Later took follow up through calls and website but no action has taken.
Last friday i was assured that the product will be taken back and amount will be refunded within 48 hours.
Nothing i got, it's really disappointing that such a renowned company has such failure to maintain customers satisfaction while i am a regular customer of shop cj since last 6 years.
What should i do? Take an action asap otherwise i have to move towards consumer forum.
