[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — Not refunded cash back | |||||
My name is Harshita Tuteja. I have order bedsheets on 3rd June. My order number was [protected]. In my order first of all mention my name wrong was Harshita Titeja in place of Harshita Tuteja. I did call again then customer care executive said they will correct but not happened. When I received my order on on 5th June I found it was defected. I called on 6th June for return my order. It has reverse picked up by shop cj company on 8th June by Ecom Express. Now on 14th June I called for return my money that was 2598 then CCE said they are not founding any information regarding this. I just want my money back Was this information helpful? | |||||
