[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — One of the worst online service provider | |||||
I have ordered mobile from shopcj. First they said the product will be delivered in 3 to 5 working days. After i made the payment through credit card. It was shipped after 1 day. Now it has been 7 days i am unable to get the delivery. They are providing the courier waybill number or reference number they blindly saying "you will get product". I had called them 40 to 50 times and given complaint but they din't resolve it. They din't even where the package is. I am very much frustrated now. Was this information helpful? | |||||
