My telephone number is [protected]. I had booked Blanc Mattress Protector on 8.8.2016 of yellow colour. Three times, the above product has been changed but all the times, purple colour has been sent. I also lodged a complaint in this regard and I was assured that within ten days, I would get the product of yellow colour. But 15 days have passed, nothing has been done. Why are you cheating the customers? When you do not have the colour, why book the order? On exchange, three times you have sent the same colour. Is it your professionalism, accuracy? Nine days back, when I contacted your helpline, I was assured that I would get the product in yellow colour within 10 working days but when I contacted Aramex, I was told that no exchange in my name is pending with them.
