[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — Payment not initiated | |||||
I had bought Induction cooker worth rupees 2200 after finding that cooker was not good and complaint done by me to SHOPCJ but they have not initiated anything to resolve my problem. Daily message is coming today it will be taken back by SHOPCJ courier boy but no one is coming every time they are telling me that your complaint has registered and our technical team will call you and your product will be taken back. One month gone but no one is coming and not receiving the call. Order number-[protected] has given to me and daily only message is coming that your complaint has registered and your money will be refunded. I have bought two or three things with SHOPCJ but this kind of difficulty I had never face.So Take action so that other customer will not suffer. Was this information helpful? | |||||
