[Resolved] Shop Cj Network Private Limited — Missing product | |||||
I ordered two quantities of phicomm clue 630 4g smartphone via cod on 5th july, 2016. The order number is[protected]. It was sent via delhivery with awb no[protected]. I received the package on 18th july. Outside the package the quantity was written as 2 and the amount to be collected was also of 2 products. I paid the full amount for 2 products. On opening the package, i saw there is only one of them. That means i paid for two but received one. Since that day i have complained thrice and every time the customer representatives inform me that they have taken the complaint and it will be resolved within 48 hours. It has been one week. Still the case has not been resolved. Moreover, i have not received any bill or invoice for the products. I am feeling cheated and harassed. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Aug 2, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved The customer care is better reached through Facebook messages. They sent the missing product to me. And they are very helpful through Facebook rather than over phone. SHOP CJ Network customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
