Shop Cj Network Private Limited — Refund not given

I WAS ORDER two Bedsheet on[protected] with order no[protected],[protected]. with order no[protected] was delivered but second one was cancelled. I ask to SHOP CJ Network Private Limited customer care about this he said the payment not received so the order no[protected] cancelled.I book the complain on SBI with complain no PT[protected] they reply me that conformed with merchant the transaction is successful. I complain many time to renew order and/or refund my money but till date no any process.
