[Resolved] Shop CJ Network — product is damaged and parts missing | |||
I borrow a product from shop cj. Order no is [protected]. I received the product but it's damaged and parts is missing. I lodged the complain and i did not receive any call and i got the message that complain is resolved. I want to return the product and in return want another product. I have received a call from shopcj on 28 sep and they said that product will return in 10 working days but it's already 15 days passed and no one came to pick up the product.very pathetic service, not interested to buy any product in future.
