I had placed an order for a saree in dec 2017 n returned it as it was damaged. Now it's been 2 months n still my money is not refunded. Saree was almost 2000/- including delivery charges. I'm tired of calling n shouting at these useless customer care. Product id-217839, pink saree by khwaish

Yin yang bracelet. i received 2 but the medalion on one is bent, as if stepped or sat on. please let me know what is my next move . I would like to receive, in exchange, for the damaged bracelet a NEW BRACELET.
