We had order top 10 product from shop cj network dt.[protected], they send me wrong size product, we tell him to exchange my product, but product will collect after follup with him they does, t give any reponse form his side after product we call contuniouasaly for exchange productbut still we have not received any reponse to till date. I request you to plz help us

I had placed an order for a saree in dec 2017 n returned it as it was damaged. Now it's been 2 months n still my money is not refunded. Saree was almost 2000/- including delivery charges. I'm tired of calling n shouting at these useless customer care. Product id-217839, pink saree by khwaish
