Dear Seller,
With reference to the above Subject Order No. received the order vide Invoice No.[protected] Dated 09/07/16 in damaged condition complaint on 14/07/16 to customer care for replacement or exchange daily talking to many of your customer service executive no one till today answering properly even today i called them we will arrange for exchange.
More than 20 days i am getting reply we will arrange exchange but no one called me till today for exchange. Kindly arrange for exchange the mobile phone immediately.
