I had ordered richenna hair color. but i was delivered a lady shaver for which i paid the cod of rs.1098/- My first 2 calls to their call center complaining about the same, gave me assurance that, thiis complaint has been taken and the same will be replaced in a day or two. however during my third call on 8/7/16 to their call center i was told that there is no complaint registered by me and now they are taking the complaint. i receive an sms stating that the complaint has been registered and and their service request team will contact me in 24 hrs. still nothing has happened. will someone look into this without further delay.
